Riders operate as independent contractors and not employees of the company.

Duties

Riders agree to deliver orders safely, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Payments & Earnings

Riders are paid per completed and verified delivery. Earnings are calculated based on the platform’s pricing model and may include delivery fees, incentives, or bonuses where applicable.
A small commission per order may be deducted by the platform before payout to cover operational and service costs. Payment schedules and rates may be updated with prior notice.

Liability

Riders are fully responsible for their actions during deliveries. The company is not liable for loss, delay, damage, or incidents caused by rider negligence or misconduct.

Indemnity

Riders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their conduct or delivery operations.
