Vendors are responsible for ensuring accurate menus, pricing, availability, and compliance with all applicable food and healthcare regulations.

Order Fulfilment

Vendors agree to prepare and fulfill orders within stated preparation times while maintaining quality, hygiene, and packaging standards.

Payment & Settlement

Vendors receive payments for completed orders after deduction of platform fees and commissions. Payouts are processed according to the platform’s settlement schedule.
A small commission per completed order is charged by the platform for operational, marketing, and service support purposes. Commission rates may be adjusted with prior notice.

Verification & Approval

All vendor accounts are subject to review and approval by the company onboarding team. The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or request modifications prior to activation.

5. Content & Marketing Rights

By uploading content (including images, menus, logos, and descriptions), vendors grant the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for platform display, marketing, and advertising purposes.

Liability

The company acts solely as a marketplace and is not responsible for product quality,preparation, health outcomes, or vendor operations. Vendors assume full responsibility for their services and compliance.

Indemity

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company against any claims arising from products, services, regulatory breaches, or customer disputes.
